Our instructors are leaders in the ABA field, known for their innovative, client-centered approaches. With diverse backgrounds and decades of experience, they bring fresh perspectives and real-world strategies to this retreat. Their shared mission is to empower practitioners, prioritize integrity, and transform the future of ABA.
At the heart of this retreat is a shared vision: to empower BCBAs® to align their work with core values, prioritize client-centered care, and rediscover their passion for the field. Each of our instructors shares this mission, bringing their unique expertise and perspectives to foster a more compassionate, ethical, and innovative ABA community.
While our instructors collaborate closely with Master ABA and host their courses on our platform, they are independent entrepreneurs who have built careers and businesses that reflect their own lifestyles, goals, and values. This autonomy allows them to approach their work with creativity and purpose, and it enables them to share insights into how they’ve aligned their professional lives with their personal priorities.
Our team regularly meets to collaborate and refine ideas, ensuring every course and retreat session is cohesive, impactful, and aligned with our mission. In March, we’ll come together for an in-person retreat in Orlando to finalize preparations for this event. By pairing instructors to collaborate on sessions, we’ll create a seamless flow between topics and unify the retreat around shared themes.
Having already met in person at last year’s retreat, our instructors have formed deep connections and built a supportive dynamic that strengthens the quality of everything we create together. This collaboration ensures that the retreat is not just about learning—it’s about building connections, sparking creativity, and inspiring personal and professional growth.
