Experience Tranquility at Twin Willows Estate
Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, Twin Willows Estate is where we’ll gather for two of our three retreat days. With 14 acres of rolling meadows, wooded trails, and a historic main house, this property gives us space to learn, connect, and recharge together.
✔ 11 bedrooms across three unique homes
✔ Large common areas for workshops and group meals
✔ Bonfire area and outdoor gathering spaces under the stars
✔ Creek, walking trails, and mountain views for quiet reflection
✔ Private yet convenient — walkable to Mars Hill’s coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques
Twin Willows is more than just a venue. It’s the heart of our retreat, designed to help you unplug from the noise of everyday life and fully immerse yourself in this experience.
Why Asheville?
On Day 2, we’ll spend our time in downtown Asheville — a city known for its arts, music, and food scene. Asheville offers:
✔ A vibrant downtown filled with galleries, local shops, and live music
✔ Incredible farm-to-table restaurants, breweries, and coffee houses
✔ Easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway and mountain views at every turn
✔ A community that embraces creativity, innovation, and inclusivity
It’s the perfect place to expand the retreat experience, blending professional growth with cultural exploration.
The Charm of Mars Hill
While Asheville brings energy, Mars Hill brings calm. Just 25 minutes north of the city, Mars Hill is a small mountain town with character of its own:
✔ Home to Mars Hill University and a welcoming, walkable downtown
✔ Local coffee shops, a brewery, and boutiques right at your doorstep
✔ A slower pace that encourages conversation and reflection
✔ A true taste of mountain living without the bustle of the city
Together, Asheville and Mars Hill create the balance that makes this retreat so unique — vibrant exploration one day, and peaceful focus the next.

Asheville Regional Airport is the best option for air travel, only 45 minutes from the lodge, however if this isn't an option from your destination, below are driving times from larger airports:
Asheville Regional Airport (Approx. 45 minutes)
McGhee Tyson Airport (Approx. 2 hours and 10 minutes)
Charlotte Douglas International Airport (Approx 2 hours and 15 minutes)
Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (Approx 4 hours and 15 minutes)

There is limited space available on site. Guests will have their own room but may need to share a bathroom. These rooms are booked on a first-come-first-served basis.
There are many hotels in the North Asheville area that would be convenient. If you need assistance finding accommodations we're more than happy to help!

There is plenty of parking on site and in downtown Asheville. Renting a car is the best way to get around, however if you're staying on site you may take an Uber and we're happy to car pool when we go into Asheville.
Finding the right retreat setting is about more than beds and meeting space — it’s about creating the right environment for growth. Twin Willows Estate gives us the space and privacy to focus deeply, while Asheville and Mars Hill offer two distinct flavors of North Carolina mountain life.
Twin Willows Estate – 14 acres of mountain beauty, historic charm, and room to gather.
Asheville – a vibrant hub of art, food, and culture, where we’ll spend Day 2 exploring and learning in new ways.
Mars Hill – a walkable, welcoming mountain town just steps from the estate, perfect for coffee breaks and conversations.
Together, these elements create the perfect balance of retreat and adventure — a setting designed to help you disconnect from the noise, connect with others, and return home renewed.
